Randy Sexton is the Owner, Broker, and Principal Auctioneer, whose career spans more than three decades in Kentucky’s real estate and auction industries. Randy began his professional journey as a Real Estate Agent in 1988, soon becoming a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1990—a distinction he has held continuously ever since.

Randy also brings extensive auction expertise, having served as an Apprentice Auctioneer in 1989, soon becoming a Principal Auctioneer in 1995, a role he continues to hold today. For over a decade, he held a professional qualification as a Certified Residential Real Property Appraiser. He currently serves on the Farmers RECC Board of Directors and the East Kentucky Power Cooperative Board of Directors, proudly representing the people of Metcalfe County and South-Central Kentucky.

Tommy Sexton has been a Kentucky Apprentice Auctioneer since 1997 and brings years of hands-on auction experience to the team. His long-standing involvement in the auction industry reflects a deep understanding of the process and a commitment to getting results.

In addition to his work in auctions, Tommy is retired and enjoys spending his time farming and being with family. His practical experience and steady presence make him a valuable part of every auction.

Logan is a motivated real estate professional with a background in finance and accounting. He earned his Bachelors in Finance in 2021 from the Gordon Ford College of Business at Western Kentucky University.

Since 2022, Logan has been a Kentucky Real Estate Agent. Alongside real estate, he also works as an accountant, giving him a solid understanding of numbers, budgeting, and the financial side of property decisions.

Logan enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling to new places, and spending time with family.

Rose Saltsman is a multi-million dollar a year producer and has been a Real Estate agent for a decade. Primarily in Metcalfe County, but is licensed to sell real estate anywhere in the state of Kentucky. She is married to her husband, Pete, and has 3 daughters. In her free time, Rose enjoys gardening, reading a good historical novel, spending time  with friends and family on and around the local rivers and lakes. Traveling, especially road trips to Florida and the beach! She loves antique and bargain hunting and loves attending a good personal property auction!
